Alongside the two emerging country music outfits, George Strait will make it a very special night for every country fan in Kansas City. Strait has a massive fan following and all country fans know how big this concert will be. This year, the chart-topping country artist is also playing other shows, but it will be his only event at the Arrowhead Stadium. Be a part of this special concert and catch George Strait live on 30th July 2022.
Strait last came to Kansas back in 2014 and, for two hours, played nearly 30 of his biggest hits. The crowd had plenty to sing along and cheer about, considering it was one of the biggest country stars in the world. His exceptional ability to perform live is sometimes understated because he is that good and makes it look really easy. After all, he has sold around 70 million albums and has more than 60 major entertainment industry awards. He was also inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2006.
During his 30-plus-year career, Strait has had more than 50 singles hitting top charts, more than any other country artist. He has 33 Platinum or platinum-certified albums, another record for most by a country artist and third among all genres. He is just behind all-time greats, The Beatles and Elvis Presley. He also had a Top 10 hit every year for more than 30 years and is the only artist to do so. As Strait gears up for his return to GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium for the first time since 2001, fans are also looking to buy their tickets nice and early for the best seats in the house. If you want to catch George Strait live in concert, make sure you get your tickets ASAP before they are sold out!
